Your Future Team


The WAI team is a small group of dedicated professionals and Encore fellows focused on improving the wellness and quality of services across the agency for both clients and staff.¬ ¬  We work with key individuals from all of the seven core programs at ASPIRAnet to achieve this goal. Daily workgroups often expand beyond WAI staff to include individuals across the state and across agency programs, thereby impacting the services to children and families throughout California.¬ 


Your Impact¬ 


We are looking for an individual interested in being a part of a multidisciplinary team responsible for supporting the agency's quality assurance and training activities. We utilize a data-driven approach with process improvement methods to elevate ASPIRAnet's programs. We strive to emphasize a commitment to the overall wellness, excellence and transformation of all we serve rather than focus on mere compliance with regulation.


Your Capabilities and Duties




  • Assist with the maintenance of the agency's accreditation status;


  • Assist in the development of data measurements;


  • Assist in the analyzing of agency performance;


  • Suggest plans for improvement;


  • Supporting the WAI Director's management of agency's best practice review, environment of care review, and mock surveys;


  • Participating in the oversight of and updating of Aspiranet policies and procedures;


  • Work with divisional leadership on WAI associated projects;


  • Work with the WAI Director in identifying, developing, and implementing basic agency wide practice trainings.



Education & Work Experience




  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in a social service related field


  • A minimum of two years experience in quality management, compliance, quality assurance, quality control; including one year in a health or human service agency.


  • Meets all state required conditions of employment as set forth by Community Care Licensing for a Licensed Community Care facility; i.e. Fingerprint and Child Abuse Index clearance, TB/Health Physical, valid CDL and clean driving record.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
