The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing a diverse portfolio of clients, providing expert legal advice and guidance in the areas of estate planning and trust administration.

Qualifications:
To qualify for the role of Permanent Trusts and Estates Transactional Attorney, you must possess the following:
1.
A Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
2.
Admission to the California State Bar.
3.
A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Trusts and Estates Transactional Attorney, with a proven track record of success.
4.
In-depth knowledge of estate planning and trust administration.
5.
Exceptional negotiation, advocacy, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex legal issues and cases.
