Specialist, Call Center Planning - Now Hiring
DIRECTV is seeking a Specialist developing expertise in Workforce Call Center Planning to conduct analysis using employee and strategic partner data, call volumes, and call trend data to manage simple to complex business operations issues.
The Specialist provides administrative support issue resolution, as well as maintains data controls and governance.
Here's what you'll do:
Determine baseline volume predictions and project future impacts, analyzing historical call patterns to forecast call trends at a daily and interval level.
Provide insight into optimal staffing performance for call center hours of operation, scheduling changes, holiday impacts, and potential staffing risks based on forecast demands.
Directly responsible for the accuracy and timeliness of the interval and daily forecast allocations for call center sites.
Partner with leadership team to align forecast requirements to company goals and strategies.
What you'll need to be successful:
College degree or 1 - 3 years of experience in reporting analytics, strategic planning, and/or workforce management.
Proficient with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Strong mathematical, analytical, and organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
This is a remote position that can be located anywhere in the United States.
