Key
Responsibilities:
Deliver a high level of customer service to guests, ensuring they enjoy their dining experience.
Take and serve food and drink orders efficiently, ensuring all special needs and requests are met.
Engage guests by sharing knowledge about our diverse menu, including drink pairings and special offerings.
Work closely with bartenders and kitchen staff to guarantee timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area, ensuring a pleasant environment for guests.
Handle cash and card transactions accurately, ensuring proper change and prompt payment processing.
Comply with all food safety and quality standards.
Qualifications:
A minimum of three years of serving experience in a full-service, fast-paced restaurant setting.
Strong knowledge of food items, ingredients, and potential allergens, with a keen interest in our vast beer, wine, and spirits selection.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Weekend and night availability is essential.
